At Fasgo, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle deliveries.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes. If your area is not covered by our logistics partners, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund if necessary.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. A standard shipping fee may apply on orders below this amount or for Cash on Delivery (COD) services, which will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is processed and shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time
  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on product availability, delivery location, and external factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions, strikes, etc.).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is delayed or fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or any unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to contact you. In case of non-delivery, the product may be returned to us, and re-shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned as we work on expanding our services globally.
