Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Fasgo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to offer a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier. To cancel an order, please email us at imhotefsales@gmail.com or call us at +91-9444085433
• After Dispatch: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return request if eligible under our return policy.

Refund Policy

• If you cancel a prepaid order within the allowed time, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• In case of failed or unsuccessful transactions, any debited amount will be automatically refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days.
• If an item is out of stock after payment, we will notify you and process a full refund immediately.

Return & Replacement

• Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged product received
• Item not as described
• Requests for return/replacement must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@fasgo.in with clear images of the product and packaging.
• Items must be returned in original condition with packaging, tags, and invoice.
• Once the exchange is approved, the replacement item will be delivered to the customer within 5 days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain products may be non-returnable or non-refundable due to hygiene, perishability, or other conditions, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Cancellation by Fasgo

In rare cases, Fasgo may cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances like product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or logistical issues. In such cases, customers will be informed immediately and the full amount will be refunded.
